Brent Lee Klender
Representing Disabled Individuals For Over 20 Years Throughout The United States
Before becoming an attorney, I was a Registered Respiratory Therapist working at large medical facilities for nearly ten years. At the beginning of my legal career in 2001, I represented Disabled Individuals all over Indiana. In 2004, I moved to Texas to join a large statewide law firm with a practice area focused on assisting clients with disability benefit claims before the Social Security Administration (SSA). For over 20 years, I have helped Disabled Individuals throughout the United States with their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefit claims. If you're looking for an experienced disability attorney, call my office today to schedule a free consultation.
In many cases, Disabled Individuals have an illness or an injury that prevents them from returning to work for over a year, or not able to return to work at all. I assist people throughout the United States with injuries that prevent their ability to return to work such as: Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, Amputations, Cervical Spinal Fusions, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Hip Replacement Surgery, and other conditions that may require multiple surgeries. I also assist individuals with chronic medical conditions such as: Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Cerebral Vascular Accidents or Strokes, Peripheral Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Cancer Treatment, Lung Diseases, and Severe Mental Health Disorders.
