Caitlin (“Cait”) Riccobono, Esq. works with healthcare providers, health IT companies, and other innovators in the digital health landscape on matters such as general compliance and risk management, IT privacy and security, fraud and abuse, and contract negotiation and management. Cait also has experience assisting clients with data sharing program applications and initiatives, including CMS’ Qualified Entity (QE) Program, through her understanding of both the regulatory and technical components of healthcare compliance and IT security requirements.
Prior to beginning her career as a healthcare lawyer, Cait spent five years as a skilled nursing and long-term care social worker. She puts this experience to work for her clients, utilizing her on-the-ground perspective to craft practical solutions in a complex regulatory environment.
Cait also serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Association of Hospice and Palliative Care (VAHPC) and is co-chair of their Public Policy Committee.
