Carlos Brandon Arzabe
C. Brandon Arzabe hails from Montgomery County, Maryland, just outside of the nation's capital. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, where he actively participated in the mock trial team and was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Following this, Mr. Arzabe relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to pursue his legal education at The Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He distinguished himself academically as a Dean's List Student and was affiliated with several honor societies, including the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society.
Upon completing his studies, Mr. Arzabe embarked on his legal career, initially working at two prominent civil defense firms. During this period, he gained extensive experience in litigation, primarily defending insurance companies and their policyholders across a wide spectrum of cases, including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, property damage disputes, and breach of contract.
After years of representing large national insurance companies, Mr. Arzabe made the decision to shift his focus exclusively to advocating for individuals and their families in cases involving premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and civil rights. Leveraging his in-depth understanding of insurance policies and procedures, he brings a strategic advantage to litigating against insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients.
Mr. Arzabe holds the trust of his clients in high regard, recognizing the responsibility entrusted to him to champion their rights and navigate the challenges they face. He has a track record of successfully litigating numerous cases to verdict and has secured millions of dollars in compensation for his injured clients.
