Casey D. Shomo

Casey D. Shomo is the managing partner at The Law Offices of Casey D. Shomo, serving West Palm Beach, Florida, in matters of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice litigation. A native of Palm Beach County, Shomo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from the University of Florida. Later, he would head further south to study law in St. Petersburg, earning his JD cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. He was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1994. He is qualified to practice law in all civil courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
In addition to his bar admissions, he is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction held by less than one percent of all practicing attorneys across the country. This honor is bestowed exclusively on attorneys who have million-dollar and multimillion-dollar settlements for their clients. He additionally belongs to American Board of Trial Advocates.
