FINRAAttorney Chad Ostrosky is a Pittsburgh native. He received Assoicates Degrees in Business & Marketing from the Community College of Allegheny County, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Geneva College, and his law degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Attorney Ostrosky has handled numerous criminal and civil proceedings in federal and state courts and is experienced in all stages of criminal and civil litigation including initial appearances, arraignments, preliminary hearings, preliminary objections, depositions, due diligence matters, suppression hearings, probation & parole revocation hearings, bail hearings, pretrial conferences, pleas, settlements, and trials.
Additionally, Attorney Ostrosky serves as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), and the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.
