Chuck strongly believes in providing clients peace of mind through planning. His broad values based estate planning, probate and trust administration practice has served several thousand clients over the last 29 years. His extensive qualifications include being Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar.
He graduated with a B.S. from the University of South Florida. He earned his J.D. (Cum Laude) from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Laws (LL.M ) in Taxation from the University of Florida. He has been awarded the highest rating (AV) given by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory
Chuck specializes in personal planning areas of the law including: Estate and Legacy Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Wills, Trust Administration, Guardianships, Special Needs Trusts, Charitable Planning, Probate and Trust Settlement, Family Limited Partnerships, Corporate and Business Matters, IRA Legacy Trusts and Elder Law
He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in 2007. Some of his other honors include being listed in Orlando Magazine as one of Central Florida's Best Lawyers, 2009 and 2010; listed in Florida Super Lawyers 2006-2009; listed in Worth Magazine as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in the U.S., 2005.
In addition to keeping updated on changes in the law with continuing education courses, he has been an instructor and professional speaker for the Orange Country Bar Association, The Florida Bar and National Business Institute seminars. Chuck is a Circuit Representative on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is a member of WealthCounsel, The Advisors Forum, and ElderCounsel, national organizations of estate planning attorneys, wealth planning advisors, and Elder Law attorneys, respectively.
Chuck welcomes the opportunity to work closely with his clients' professionals including financial planners, CPAs, investment and insurance advisors, and more. This team approach applies to the office staff as well. Everyone is dedicated to providing excellent and compassionate service.
He is an avid Orlando Magic fan and enjoys bicycling, snow skiing, photography and increasing his computer skills. He and his wife, Karen A. Reynolds, live in Altamonte Springs. Karen is originally from Jamaica and is a Critical Care Nurse working in process improvement for Florida Hospital.
