Attorney Chidi D. Anunobi is a battle tested trial attorney and is board certified by the Texas Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Chidi focuses on litigating complex business and commercial disputes, highly contested divorce and family law cases, as well as medical malpractice cases that resulted in catastrophic injuries or death. Chidi's divorce and family law practice serves clients in the Houston metropolitan area. Chidi has built a nation-wide medical negligence practice.
Chidi has a unique blend of legal, business and technology skills gained from his broad based work experience and his extensive academic training. Chidi was formerly a Senior Software Engineer at Verizon Communications. After Verizon, Chidi worked as a management/technology consultant for over ten years for KPMG Consulting and KPMG LLP.
At KPMG Chidi led a variety of client engagements that span business and technology strategy, enterprise risk management, compliance, business process analysis, change management, technology selection, enterprise technology implementation, and various business and technology transformation projects. Drawing on his vast experiences, Chidi approaches every legal challenge from a practical and holistic perspective and designs legal solutions that are comprehensive as well as actionable with respect to the specific client’s situation.
Chidi holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Information Systems. He also holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Chidi completed Executive Leadership Skills training at Yale University and has been certified as a Project Manager by the Project Management Institute since 2002. Chidi is a member of several professional organizations including, the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Project Management Institute.

- A: Generally speaking, you can modify orders relating to children. Orders regarding property can be enforced. If you can show "fraud", for instance, if you can show that your ex spose fraudulently withheld information regarding the value of the community estate or just did not disclose, you may be able to get back in court.
