I have dedicated my entire working career to fighting for the rights of individuals with mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. In 2020, after 20 years of litigating mesothelioma and asbestos exposure cases in Boston, Massachusetts, I started Duffy Law LLC in Salem, Massachusetts, relying on my vast experience and knowledge as an asbestos attorney to continue providing top-notch legal representation to families suffering from deadly cancers caused by asbestos and other toxic products. I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine. I also work with a network of like-minded attorneys in New York, California, Texas, Florida, and other states to help asbestos victims across the country.
