Attorney Christy Fargnoli is a skilled litigator and co-founder of Clawson Fargnoli Utsey, LLC (previously Clawson Fargnoli, LLC). She dedicates her practice to providing powerful, cost-effective legal representation to victims of negligence and wrongful conduct. Specifically, she handles complex cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, defamation, dram shop/liquor liability, brain injuries, insurance bad faith, nursing home abuse, and campus sexual abuse and Title IX violations.
Originally from Walterboro, South Carolina, Attorney Christy Fargnoli has lived in the Lowcountry for nearly all her life. She has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.
