While in law school, he clerked at a prestigious Houston law firm, as well as for the Hon. K. Michael Mayes in the 410th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. After graduating early and at the top of his law school class, he worked as a trial attorney at the Houston law firm of Lapin & Landa, L.L.P. He has also served in the civil litigation division of the Montgomery County Attorney's Office as an assistant county attorney. He has successfully tried and arbitrated many cases on behalf of individuals, corporations, and the government in a variety of state and federal civil litigation matters. However, his passion lies with representing those who need an advocate during stressful legal battles. That is the focus of The Ferguson Law Firm.
