Cristofer Bennardo

Cristofer Bennardo is a Partner at Padula Bennardo Levine, LLP, a full service law firm located in Boca Raton, Florida. Cristofer is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Real Estate.

Cristofer has practiced law since 1998 and concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Business and Estate Planning. Cristofer has provided counsel and representation to every element of the real estate transaction, including buyers, sellers, developers, investors, private investment institutions, lenders and brokers in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions and disputes.

Cristofer oversees the firm's real estate title and closing services, continuing with the same experienced support staff previously managed under Columbia Title Services, Inc. for the previous 15 years.

Cristofer's business practice includes representation of businesses of various size in a wide array of commercial transactions including structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contractual relations, purchase and sale, and dispute resolution.

Cristofer's practice includes collaboration with the firm's asset and estate planning, probate and commercial litigation departments to provide broad representation for the client. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
