O'Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble
Dan Bause, a Partner at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble LLC since 2012, has developed a wealth of litigation and trial expertise during his time with the firm. His specialization is employment law, focusing on wrongful termination and workplace harassment issues.
Dan has notably represented many employees in legal actions against their present and past employers, covering a range of issues such as sexual and racial harassment, hostile work environments, and various forms of discrimination including race, disability, age, and pregnancy. He also tackles cases of unlawful retaliation and violations of the FMLA and NJFLA. Additionally, Dan's practice includes personal injury cases, like slip and falls and car accidents, where he also brings valuable trial experience.
Dan graduated with high honors, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University, earning his B.S. in 2008 and his J.D. in 2011 from Seton Hall University School of Law. A member of the Order of the Coif at Seton Hall Law, he was also awarded the Chicago Title Insurance Company Award at graduation.
His time at Seton Hall Law included roles as an Associate Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and as a clinical student in the Civil Rights and Constitutional Litigation Clinic. This clinical experience, advocating for civil rights, ignited Dan's passion for this field and influenced his decision to focus on workplace-related civil rights litigation.
