Biography
The practice is limited to only Lawyer Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Serious Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Appeals. We pride ourselves on our personal motto "One on One Quality Legal Services" for each and every one of our clients. It is more than a motto, it is a lifestyle. As a result, we are selective in taking on cases and often go to trial to obtain the best results and justice for our clients. Mr. Zahn was also admitted to practice law in the State of Vermont in 2021.

Thereafter, Judge Nolan offered Mr. Zahn a paying position as his law clerk where he worked part time during his third year of law school. Mr. Zahn's duties included performing legal research for the Court, drafting of legal decisions on motions and after hearings or trials, reviewing recommendations and decisions of referee's and then drafting the court's order either

- Out of law school Mr. Zahn began his legal career working for the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society in the Family Court Division. Hearings and trials before the Court were routine weekly events in such cases as child custody, support, family offenses, child abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, violations of orders of protection and Grandparent visitation with their Grandchildren. Thereafter, Mr. Zahn was transferred to the Criminal Division where he represented individuals who were charged with felonies, misdemeanors and violations of the Penal law.

- Mr. Zahn obtained a $1,200,000.00 jury verdict in a medical malpractice breast cancer case in Suffolk County Supreme Court, Riverhead, New York. The Appellate Division, Second Department upheld $1,100,000.00 of the jury's verdict on appeal.

Free Consultation
Consultations after initial telephone conversation are in the office by appointment only. If unable to come to the office arraignments can be made to see you in the hospital, place of present confinement or in your own home. -
Contingent Fees
Lawyer Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Serious Personal injury cases are accepted according to the fees permitted and authorized by law and statute. All Appellate work is on a reasonable hourly basis. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Contingency legal fees are only collectable from an actual recovery whether by settlement or jury verdict, if no recovery then there isn't any legal fee owed.
