Daniel Messenger
Daniel works aggressively to help clients win SSDI or LTD disability benefits.Daniel Messenger is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer in the practice of Disability Law. He obtained his bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Texas State and his J.D. degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Animal Law Review and as a board member for the Public Interest Law Project. Daniel has a diverse range of legal expertise, including immigration law, corporate law, veterans affairs, animal law, voir dire, and class-action litigation. He also worked as a chief researcher for a legal academic specializing in VA topics. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked as a third-generation farmer on a cattle farm in Tennessee. He has dedicated his time to mentoring and tutoring youth in after-school programs and volunteering for animal welfare organizations. In 2017, he joined the prominent Texas disability law firm of Bemis, Roach & Reed, where he focuses exclusively on Disability Law, both Social Security disability and private Long-term ERISA disability. Daniel is renowned for his empathy towards his clients, exceptional legal knowledge, and thorough case preparation. He is recognized as one of the top young attorneys in the state for successfully appealing denied disability claims and has become an invaluable asset to one of Texas' leading disability firms.
