Daniel Messenger is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer in the practice of Disability Law. He obtained his bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Texas State and his J.D. degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. While in law school, he served as an editor for the Animal Law Review and as a board member for the Public Interest Law Project. Daniel has a diverse range of legal expertise, including immigration law, corporate law, veterans affairs, animal law, voir dire, and class-action litigation. He also worked as a chief researcher for a legal academic specializing in VA topics. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked as a third-generation farmer on a cattle farm in Tennessee. He has dedicated his time to mentoring and tutoring youth in after-school programs and volunteering for animal welfare organizations. In 2017, he joined the prominent Texas disability law firm of Bemis, Roach & Reed, where he focuses exclusively on Disability Law, both Social Security disability and private Long-term ERISA disability.
