As the founder of Haber Law Attorneys At Law, David B. Haber has successfully litigated multiple complex commercial disputes throughout South Florida. A veteran attorney of over 30 years, Mr. Haber has trained under some of the best legal minds in Florida, including the Honorable Alan R. Schwartz, former Chief Judge of the 3rd District Court of Appeals; the Honorable Gerald T. Wetherington, former Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida; the Honorable Judge Robert Shevin, former Florida Attorney General and former Justice of the 3rd District Court of Appeal; and the Honorable Judge Ursula Ungaro. Mr. Haber is Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law. He maintains an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory , the highest rating given to practicing attorneys. He is also recognized by Super Lawyers in Construction Litigation and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
Mr. Haber is known throughout the South Florida community as an aggressive litigator and fierce advocate for his clients. His extensive expertise in complex commercial litigation, combined with his practical business sense, enables him to adapt his representation and strategy to each client's case and prevail.
