- Mr. Gottlieb earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where he served as an Articles Editor on Law Review. Mr. Gottlieb was the author of No-Fault Paradise (www.nofaultparadise.org), a widely read blog on New York No-Fault law and is the sole author of a blog devoted to the CPLR (www.theCPLRblog.com). Mr. Gottlieb is admitted in Florida as well as New York. He has lectured on No-Fault matters for various organizations, including the NYSBA and has co-authored a few articles in the NYLJ.
