David Martin Crimmins II
Attorney/Principal at Ewing & Jones, PLLC
I was born and raised in San Diego, California. After moving to Washington State, I earned bachelor degrees in both Sociology and Religious Studies from Seattle Pacific University. In 2006, I obtained a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
I served as the Head Clerk of the 151st District Court of Harris County with The Honorable Caroline E. Baker from 1998 to 2005. My employment with the 151st District Court provided a valuable “behind the scenes” look at the practice of law. It was during this tenure, as clerk of the 151st, that I developed a passion for law and made the decision to pursue a career as an attorney. To accomplish this goal, I obtained a J.D. while still working full-time in the court system.
I have represented individuals and corporations from both sides of the docket in court and arbitration proceedings. I have extensive experience representing clients in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, collections, labor and employment, disputes over non-competition agreements, as well as fraudulent transfer and alter ego litigation.
My firm also offers legal assistance in many other areas such as intellectual property (patents, trademarks, and copyrights), mergers & acquisitions, commercial and financial transactions, real property transactions and commercial leases, employment law, contract formation and review, corporate entity formation, family law, and estate planning.
