Drafting, negotiating and providing advice to parties with regard to contract matters of many types, including purchase agreements, supply agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, shareholder agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and development agreements
Representing parties in the purchase, sale, construction and development of single and multi-family residential real estate
Representing parties in construction disputes
