Specializes in Probate, Estate Planning, Trust Managment, Collaborative non- litigation family law cases, as well as animal trust planning, real estate and collections law, foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant law and bankruptcy. Dawn Marie is a graduate of Venice High School, Venice, FL and University of South Florida in Tampa. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1998 and worked for Community Legal Services of Mid Florida in Daytona Beach as domestic violence family law attorney and managing attorney until 2006 when she moved to Bradenton, Florida and became Managing Attorney of Gulfcoast Legal Services in the Bradenton Office. Dawn Marie became proficient as an Elder Law Attorney and used her skills for the local legal aid office until opening her own firm in 2011. Dawn Marie still does work for Bay Area Legal Services, Legal Aid of Manasota and Gulfcoast Legal Services as time permits. Dawn Marie also works with Christopher Hittel at Hittel Law in Bradenton to assist the firm with probate and estate planning matters. Dawn Marie works for State College of Florida and is the instructor for the Parenting Education and Family Stabilization Course parents are required to take in family law cases in Florida.
