Deborah Moore
Crow Estate Planning & Probate, PLC
I was born and raised in Stewart County, Tennessee and graduated from Stewart County High School in 2018. I have always found the legal field fascinating and knew I wanted to become an Attorney since my time at Stewart County High School. Eager to start my legal education, I chose to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I chose UT not just for their strong academic reputation, but also because it offered a unique program that allowed me to complete my undergraduate degree and law degree in six years rather than the usual seven. Majoring in pre-law studies and political science with a minor in philosophy, I graduated magna cum laude in 2022. I then continued my law school journey, graduating in 2024.
Initially, I entered law school with aspirations of becoming a prosecutor. However, during my first year of law school, I realized that my true passion was in the transactional side of law. This realization sparked my enrollment in estate planning, tax, and real estate classes. I found these areas of the law better fit my personality and my skill sets. This pivot allowed me to tailor my law school career towards becoming an estate planning attorney.
While I cherished my time in East Tennessee, there’s no place like home. Returning to Middle Tennessee feels like coming full circle, and I am eager to reconnect with the community that shaped me. I am excited to be able help people in this community with their estate planning and probate needs. I look forward to guiding clients through the complexities of these areas, helping them secure peace of mind for the future.
