DEBRA HAUSER HAS A PASSION FOR REPRESENTING FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
Ms. Hauser holds a master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she was a Co-founder and Officer of the International Law Society. Debra also served as a Volunteer for the Texas Wesleyan Law Camp giving young boys and girls the opportunity to learn about the field of law. She interned with a Personal Injury Firm in Dallas prior to joining a Federal Employment and Labor Firm where she worked for over 10 years representing Federal government employees.
Ms. Hauser focuses her practice on Transactional and Administrative Law with an emphasis in Federal Worker's Compensation and OPM Disability Retirement. She has represented thousands of federal employees in their Federal Worker's Compensation cases across the country and has overturned multiple denial decisions both at the District Office and Board levels. Ms. Hauser not only has a high record of success handling Federal Worker's Compensation Claims but has also received numerous favorable decisions on OPM Disability Retirement Claims as well.
