DeEtte L. Loeffler
Ms. Loeffler’s practice includes tax and estate planning, trust and probate administration, charitable planning, and business formation, transfers and management. She provides tax planning to minimize a variety of taxes for her clients, including property, income, gift, estate and generation skipping taxes. She also works with small business owners, forming and maintaining real estate and other entities, and advising them on tax issues.
Ms. Loeffler is a member of the following professional organizations: Tax and Trusts & Estates Sections of the State Bar of California; Taxation, Trust & Estates, and Elder Law Sections, of the San Diego County Bar Association and isi a member at large for Taxation; the Probate Attorneys of San Diego; the Estate Planning Group Network; ProVisors; and the Downtown San Diego Lions Club. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors and chairs the Planned Giving Committee of the San Diego Natural History Museum, and is on the Board of Directors of the Downtown San Diego Lions Club.
