After joining specialty law firms in Employment discrimination, Section 1983, business, I became a Federal Panel Attorney litigating full time. Subsequently I opened TEIL Firms After 12 years of practice and enjoy the growth of employees and successful clients who consult with me on a variety of national and international business transactions involving structuring, contracts, compliance, and Intellectual Property. I absolutely love what I do and enjoy the practice of law.
Besides my career, I am a wife, mother, dog owner/animal lover, Christian, avid runner and health enthusiast, writer, professor, and traveler. In 2014, I started a non-profit organization for the wrongly incarcerated and use it as a way to give back to the community. - Q. My current wife and I started a business 13 years ago and it grew real well. Now I have no control over anything
- A: This is really concerning. Normally, the business accounts should be separate from your personal accounts. So it would be great to clarify with you how many accounts they are and why there are so many for the business.

In regards to a "mistaken" lack of charging the card, well this depends on what you agreed to do. If they did ... Read More
- Q. company name being used in another state by another company
- A: The issue is the infringement of a trade name. Is your name registered with the USPTO? or anywhere? Is their name registered? If not, you need to get registered, if possible. There are some issues. However, there are some claims for rights that are common law. You may need a legal consultation. admin@TEILfirms.com.
