My career began as a Ralph J. Bunche Fellow for Amnesty International which brought me from Miami to Chicago. In Illinois I became involved in the International/Civil Rights debate and this lead to fully time litigation. Until beginning TEIL Firms After 12 years with the same firm, I most enjoy the growth of employees and successful clients. They consult with me on a variety of national and international business transactions involving structuring, contracts and compliance, as well as trademark prosecution. I absolutely love what I do and the practice!
Besides my career, I am a wife, mother, dog owner/animal lover, Christian, avid runner and health enthusiast, writer, professor, and traveler. In 2014, I started a non-profit organization for the wrongly incarcerated and use it as a way to give back to the community. I am blessed to work on behalf of and with some of the most amazing people in the world.
