Dennis Mark Laccavole

I am an owner/principal in a Connecticut law firm, specializing in insurance related litigation. I have thirty two years of significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and before all types of ADR forums. I am admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and Supreme Court of the United States.

I also spend a significant amount of time representing plaintiff's in all types of personal injury claims.

I and a team of associate attorneys also handle complex commercial litigation.

Lastly, a growing part of my practice consists of acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator to assist in the resolution of personal injury claims.
