Dennis Michael Sandoval
Dennis M. Sandoval, a Professional Law Corporation
Dennis Sandoval, paralyzed in a 1992 car accident, turns personal adversity into advocacy in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. California's sole attorney certified in estate planning, elder law, and taxation, Dennis earned distinctions like Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP). His financial expertise, including Enrolled Agent, CFP, and RFC designations, enriches his estate planning, elder law, and tax controversy practice.
For seventeen years, Dennis directed education for the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), contributing to NAELA and the National Elder Law Foundation. In 2014, he became a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney. A leader in Southern California's NAELA chapter, Dennis served as its president and earned the 2011 Member of the Year award. He chaired the Estate Planning and Elder Law Section of the Riverside County Bar Association and contributed to The Estate Planning Council of Riverside.
As one of six California members of the Special Needs Alliance, Dennis supports organizations like ARC, NAMI, TACA, the Autism Society, and the Special Olympics. He's a member of The Academy of Special Needs Planners. Affiliated with bar associations and councils, he's part of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the Riverside County Estate Planning Council, and the San Bernardino County Estate Planning Council, also engaging in the Inland Empire Planned Giving Roundtable.
Dennis's law firm, a charter member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association (LCPLFA), reflects his commitment to holistic care. He served as Vice President in 2011 and on the LCPLFA Board. As an adjunct professor, he shares expertise with law schools and universities. Living in Norco, California, with his family and pets, Dennis enjoys marine aquariums and photography, finding fulfillment in moments with his two grandsons and one granddaughter.
