Edgardo Rafael Baez
The Law Office Of E.R. Báez-The Pastor Lawyer
I handle each case personally and I firmly believe that the most effective defense can only be effectuated when there is a strong foundation of trust between attorney and client. I do everything in my power to earn that trust. I believe that every client deserves an attorney who they can pick up the phone and call anytime if they have questions or concerns throughout the case, as well as an attorney who will fight hard to get them the best possible outcome. That is what I'm here to do.
E.R. Baez, JD is a Pastor and a Lawyer but most importantly, a bond-servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. He uses his talents and abilities to win souls for the Kingdom of God. His writings are mostly done using the "gestalt" method where he shares his experiences with the reader. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he joined the Army and became a nurse where he serve his country for over 14 years. In 2005, he became a licensed attorney and then he found his passion by serving the Lord as a Pastor. He completed his M.Div. on 2019 an currently is in his PhD program at Liberty University for Biblical Exposition which will be completed in 2023.

- Q. trying to find an attorney to represent you to prove actual innocence and ineffective assistance of counsel to withdraw
- A: In Texas, there is no such a defense as innocence and as stated by other lawyers, it is difficult to obtain it. Please, contact a criminal defense lawyer and have a consultation with them. This forum is difficult to give you more clear answers. Blessings!

- Q. My husband is being wronged in so many way and I don’t know what to do he is being charged for burglary of a building
- A: Sorry to hear about your husband. The problem with these types of cases, particularly when a person has priors, is that the presumption of innocence is more difficult to avail. In other words, when a person has had encounters with the law, it becomes more difficult to say that said person is innocent. You best contact a criminal defense lawyer to help you and your husband. Blessings!
