Elizabeth Irazabal

Elizabeth Irazabal is a litigation attorney handling cruise ship passenger personal injury claims and crewmember claims as well as non-maritime personal injury claims. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and representation to the firm’s clients throughout all stages of the litigation process.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Miami, Florida and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. While completing her Bachelor’s degree, she was able to gain extensive knowledge of the litigation process by way of working with a small firm in Orlando, Florida handling both criminal and civil matters.
Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas university School of Law with her Juris Doctorate degree. During her law school tenure, she served as the Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. Throughout her years of law school, Elizabeth gained valuable legal experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Andrea R. Wolfson and the Honorable Judge Betty Capote. In addition, she served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. After law school, Elizabeth served as an Assistant Public Defender for Broward County representing both juvenile and adult clients. Her experience gives her a unique insight and advantage in advocating for the rights of injured individuals.
Elizabeth enjoys her free time by travelling, spending time with family, attending sporting events, and performing community service.
