The Family Law Attorney Who Doesn't Forget the FamilyElizabeth Stup is a family law attorney who practices in Frederick and Washington county. She focuses her practice on assisting her clients to reach long term solutions for their custody and parenting access (visitation). She also works extensively with parents who must return to court for modification of existing custody or divorce orders due to changes in circumstances or the need to move to a new location. She understands the important considerations of the law, developmental needs of the children and the emotional impact on all of the family members during and after the divorce process. She is often appointed by the Court to represent children as the Best Interest Attorney. Ms. Stup is trained as a Parenting Coordinator, Mediator and Collaborative Attorney because she knows it is important to provide families with options and support as they navigate the difficult process of reorganizing their family structure. Ms. Stup practices in the areas of divorce, custody, custody modification, separation, child support, alimony, and property and financial issues in divorce and separation.
