Erlinda Ocampo Johnson is an experienced and astute litigator. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the District Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque prosecuting crimes ranging from DUI’s, assault, battery, drug offenses, to violent crimes of sexual assault and murder. After over five years as a trained and experienced Assistant District Attorney in Albuquerque, Erlinda Ocampo Johnson became a Federal Prosecutor at the United States Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque. At the United States Attorney’s Office, Erlinda Ocampo Johnson prosecuted a vast array of complex drug cases involving Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force cases, Criminal Enterprises, Conspiracies, and evidence obtained from telephone Wiretaps as well as prosecuting Criminal Immigration Offenses.
