Gary Stephen Wiggins
G. Stephen (Steve) Wiggins received his undergraduate degree from Samford University with a major in chemistry. After employment in the pharmaceutical industry, he returned to law school, where he served as an associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review. In more than thirty seven years of practice in Tuscaloosa, Mr. Wiggins has handled a broad range of cases, including wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, fraud, defamation, insurance bad faith, professional malpractice, real estate litigation, will contests, probate litigation, construction and contract litigation, as well as other types of cases. In addition, he regularly represents clients in property matters, drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, probate estate administration, and other elder law matters. He maintains an AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory and is listed in Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. Mr. Wiggins was born in Andalusia, Alabama and is married to the former Ann Ayer of Huntsville, Alabama. They have two children and three grandchildren. They are active members of Christ Episcopal Church in Tuscaloosa.
