Gerald Abdalla Jr
Jerry earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 2000 and graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Jerry was a member of the Moot Court Board and recieved the outstanding student award in Torts, Wills and Estates, and Fifth Amendment Taking. Jerry was appointed as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi. His time as a Federal Prosecutor was devoted to prosecuting hundreds of serious criminal offenses, including bank and postal robbery, firearm crimes, identity theft, embezzlement and mail fraud. Today, Jerry has a diverse law practice representing clients, both large and small, in general and complex litigation matters, employment, business and contract litigation, workers compensation, and insurance disputes. Jerry is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Jerry and his wife, Mary Clift, live in Jackson with their daughter, and are members of St. James Episcopal Church.
