Greg Siskind
IMMPact Litigation
For over three decades, Greg Siskind has dedicated himself to aiding immigrants and assuming a leadership role within the national immigration bar. His legal journey commenced at the age of 22 following the completion of his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and subsequent law degree from the University of Chicago. In 1994, he co-established Siskind Susser, PC – Immigration Lawyers, later founding Visalaw Ventures in 2019 and IMMpact Litigation in 2020.
As an accomplished author, Greg has penned seven books along with numerous articles and book chapters. Notably, he has authored several immigration-related legislative pieces and provided expert testimony before the US House of Representatives Immigration Subcommittee.
Greg's impact extends beyond legal circles, as evidenced by his appearance on the cover of the American Bar Association Journal—the first immigration lawyer to achieve this honor. Renowned publications such as USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times frequently seek his insights, while accolades from Who’s Who in Corporate Immigration Law and Chambers and Partners affirm his standing as one of the foremost immigration lawyers globally.
A founding member of Visalaw International, Greg currently contributes to the American Immigration Lawyers Association as a member of its Board of Governors.
