Heath McWhorter

Heath is a native of Arizona. He was born in Yuma, Arizona, and spent his younger years on farms and ranches in Southern Arizona. He spent his teen years in the Greater Phoenix area. He put himself through college and graduated from Mesa Community College and then Arizona State University twice, first, with his accounting degree and, second, with his law degree.

Heath founded McWhorter Law Firm in 2002 upon his graduation from college. He has practiced real estate, business, probate, estate planning, and family law since the Firm's beginning. He is intimately familiar with the legal issues as a litigator and a client.

McWhorter Law Firm is aggressive, professional, and experienced. We are sympathetic to our friends' and clients' feelings and explain each step and process to empower them with knowledge. We works hard to resolve each case without the need for litigation. However, when litigation is necessary, we are experienced litigator who excels in court.

I will discuss the issues of a matter with you, the process, the possible outcomes, and the expenses associated with the matter. Then you can determine the course of action you would like to take to resolve the matter. Each person's matter can be very emotional and I am sympathetic to you and the situation. I try to help each person to balance the emotional part of the matter with the business and expense part of the matter. I have regular discussions with the people I represent regarding the next steps to be taken and the expenses associated with the steps. I try to give alternatives to the people I represent when available to mitigate expenses associated with his/her matter.
