Heather Anne O'Connor
Divorce & Custody - We know when to fight and we know when to settle.
Heather O'Connor is passionate about fighting for the underdog. Maybe it's a husband whose wife only cares about his money and takes advantage of him. Maybe it's a wife who has been controlled emotionally during their entire marriage. Maybe it's a father who has been alienated from his kids. The underdog has no specific definition. It is the person who really needs to be fought for.
O'Connor Family Law has attorneys who focus on litigation, especially high-conflict cases, but the firm also has a number of attorneys who are certified mediators and collaborative law attorneys because what a client needs in order to get the best result is not a cookie-cutter one-size-fits all type of need. We focus on getting to know our clients so we can create a strategy that is best for their individual circumstances and desired outcomes.
We've been told that we're very different than other firms. We like to find humor in situations that could otherwise make you cry. We like to find the positives when many others would only see the bad. We like to overcome challenges rather than allowing them to deter us. We like to see justice rule the day.
