James M. Morris became licensed in Kentucky in May, 1995. James holds licenses in DC, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, and is also admitted by the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit, Fourth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, Eighth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and Eleventh Circuit, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the Eastern District & Western District of Kentucky, Eastern & Western District of Michigan, Southern District of Ohio, Southern District of Indiana, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern, Middle, and Western District of Tennessee, Northern District of Alabama, Southern District of California, District of Arizona, and Court of Federal Claims, as well as numerous admissions pro hac vice throughout the United States.
James developed a brand new area of law, taking his over fifteen years of serving as a General Counsel for over 30 Temporary Staffing Agencies, and Medical Care Provider Organizations, as well as other international, national, and regional companies, and realizing the critical need for such focused service on behalf of a wide-range of other businesses, to create a brand new type of law service geared toward corporations, businesses, and employers throughout the United States.
