Jane Glynn
Glynn Law is a boutique family law firm that assists with all aspects of family law and related legal issues. As an experienced family law attorney, Jane works with individuals with a wide range of matters, including divorce, paternity, custody and/or parenting time, post-decree modifications (including child support, education expenses, and emancipation), relocation, adoption, guardianship, third party custody, and grandparents’ rights.
Jane also practices collaborative law, serves as a volunteer and private guardian ad litem, and provides domestic relations mediation services. Finally, Jane's practice includes assistance with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related health/personal care planning.
Jane earned her undergraduate degree at Oberlin College and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
Jane is admitted to practice before Indiana state courts. She belongs to the Indianapolis Bar Association Leader Series Class XII. Jane serves on the Executive Committee of the IndyBar’s Solo/Small Firm Practice division (2013 Secretary, 2014 Vice-Chair, 2015 Chair, and 2020 Chair) and belongs to the Family Law and Estate Planning/Probate sections and to the Women and the Law division. Jane also has been active in the Indiana State Bar Association and served on its Children’s Rights Committee as well as the Probate Trust and Real Property Council. Jane also belongs to the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Jane enjoys serving her community as a volunteer GAL through Kids’ Voice of Indiana. She also regularly participates in walk/run events, including Walk MS and Outrun the Sun. In her free time, Jane enjoys hiking with her three dogs (though not all at once!), spending time with her friends and family, listening to live music, singing, watching football, reading, and–most of all–laughing.
