Jason Lawrence Molder

Jason is a 2002 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, and has a B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Jason gained legal and litigation experience working at several boutique Florida law firms. In addition, immediately prior to forming what is now Molder Legal Group, P.A., Jason was a construction litigation associate at Akerman Senterfitt in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jason represents clients across a variety of legal issues, in both the transactional and litigation contexts.
Prior to attending law school, Jason was an assistant network engineer for a major public university, and served in a technical support capacity for an internet service provider. As a result, Jason gained experience in internet technology, network engineering, network security, and client/server systems. Jason stays current on IT industry developments and offers legal representation and consulting services on Florida matters involving electronic discovery, data policies, procedures, and protocols, technology and telecommunications contracts, and in other limited areas of technology law.
