Prior to Bloodworth Law, Kemp founded The Brinson Law Firm in 2013 in Winter Haven, Florida. He practiced with Florida law firm Clark, Campbell, Lancaster & Munson, P.A., in Lakeland, Florida, and began his career with Straughn & Turner, P.A., in Winter Haven, Florida.
Kemp attended The George Washington University Law School, Washington, D.C., and received his Juris Doctor in 2004. He attended North Carolina State University, Raleigh, N.C., and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, was a Park Scholar, and graduated magna cum laude, in 2001.
