John T. Kovach

John T. Kovach focuses his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, and civil disputes, including divorces, and breach of contract disputes. Mr. Kovach has conducted jury trials across the State of Texas, including Harris County, Dallas County, Hidalgo County, and El Paso County. Mr. Kovach is passionate in advocating for his clients and tenacious in the courtroom. His work primarily focuses in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Galveston County, Wharton County, and Montgomery County, but Mr. Kovach handles cases across Texas.

As a former clerk at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Kovach is experienced in the Texas criminal justice system. He has successfully represented clients for various charges including—but not limited to—possession of controlled substances, driving while intoxicated, assaults and aggravated assaults, and vehicular crimes, including evading arrest and racing.
