Joseph Klein manages the Elder Law Group of Korsinsky & Klein, LLP. His practice includes handling all aspects of Elder Law and Medicaid planning. He is experienced and skilled with complex Trusts and Estates, Estate and Gift Tax Planning, Guardianships, and assisting Nursing Homes with Medicaid matters such as Collections. Joseph regularly practices in the Surrogate’s Court in New York State.
Joseph graduated from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, for whom he lectures regularly throughout the state. Joseph does pro bono legal work for and is on the board of several nonprofit organizations. Additionally, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and attending his children’s activities.
