June Shin Weppler
Weppler Law Office providing Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law services.June is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law in 2000 and University of Washington School of Law in 2003, receiving J.D. and LL.M in Tax respectively. She was admitted to practice in Washington State in 2000. In her early career, she served business owners in matters involving tax, real estate, business transaction, business litigation, probate, and estate planning in Olympia. Her practice currently is focused on (collaborative) family law, estate planning, and probate. June is a firm believer in collaborative approach in resolving family law issues. As a trained collaborative divorce attorney, she is able to offer collaborative divorce as an alternative to traditional litigation. She is a member of the Washington State Bar (family law section), the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), Collaborative Professionals of Washington, and Pierce County Collaborative Law. In addition, she dedicates herself to serving the needs of families and elders in the area of Elder Law. Her Elder Law practices includes Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Medicaid Planning and other Life Care Planning issues. She is a member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. As a proud wife of a retired soldier, she is proud to serve the active and retired members of the military and their families. she knows first hand their great sacrifices and unique challenges. As a native of South Korea, she speaks fluent Korean and is able to provide legal services in Korean. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, music concerts (especially her children's), and volunteering at Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services.
