Kacey Ziegler

Kacey Ziegler is an Attorney with the Nash Law Firm for six years. Kacey’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, elder law, probate, real estate, and contracts. She has created hundreds of estate plans with her clients’ needs in mind. Kacey speaks regularly to groups on the subject of revocable and irrevocable trusts, avoiding probate, and advanced directives.
Kacey earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas. While attending law school, Kacey was a 3L law clerk for Honorable Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Kacey serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation and Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce. She is an active member of BNI and former member of Junior League of Little Rock. Kacey calls Maumelle home with her two children, Andrew and Gracyn.
