Kathleen Fuchs LeFevre

After receiving her law degree from the University of Houston in 2012, Kathleen began practicing family law in the greater Houston area. Her practice has continued to grow while maintaining a focus on family law matters, including adult disabled children, divorce and asset division, modification and enforcement of prior orders, child custody, and child support. She is also experienced in settlement negotiations, mediation, hearings and trial. Kathleen believes that no case is “standard” and it is her attention to the unique circumstances of each case that leads to success for her clients. A native of the Houston area, Kathleen attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, receiving a Bachelors of Arts in both Political Science and Business. While at Southwestern, she was an active member of Delta Delta Delta and Vice President of the Southwestern University Women’s Lacrosse team. Currently, she is a member of the Katy Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Houston Young Professionals. Kathleen is an avid sports fan and follows the Houston Astros and Texans with enthusiasm along with her husband and two dogs.
