Kelly M. Woods
Attorney Kelly Woods became a member of the team at Arnold & Itkin in 2014, bringing her passion for the protection of worker’s rights and safety standards to the firm. Kelly attended Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications before settling in Houston. She worked at Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, working toward quality construction and safe operations for multinational corporations. After two years, she decided to pursue her desire to help others through a career in the legal advocacy of injured workers. She went on to attend South Texas College of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During her time there, she earned the CALI award for excellence in Agency & Partnership and was an advocate on the Varsity Moot Court. Additionally, she served as an Assistant Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review, where she was recognized for her Comment on Tort Reform with the Lisa Dahm Award for Writing Excellence in Public Policy. She graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Order of Lytae in 2013. After graduating from law school, Attorney Woods earned invaluable experience through her work with various civil litigation firms. She also served as an intern for Justice Charles Seymore at the 14th Court of Appeals.
