Kenneth Anthony Gonzalez
Merlino & Gonzalez
If Ken Gonzalez values one thing above all else, it’s putting his clients first. He wants the people he serves to understand that the foundation of estate planning isn’t just saving tax dollars, but also appreciating the value of planning for you and your loved ones. With nearly a quarter century of legal experience, Ken has gained expertise in the fields of estate planning, elder law, and probate, as well as real estate purchases, sales, and financing. He routinely prepares estate plans for asset protection and wealth preservation. Additionally, he assists clients seeking to qualify for Medicaid benefits.
Ken is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the New York State Bar Association. He’s also an Affiliate Member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors. A distinguished speaker on estate planning, wealth protection, and business planning issues, Ken never hesitates to share his wisdom with clients and colleagues.
Born and raised on Staten Island, Ken graduated from Monsignor Farrell High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at SUNY Binghamton and graduated from Fordham University School of Law.
These sterling qualifications make for an impressive resume, but they don’t paint the whole picture when it comes to what Ken has to offer. If someone works with the Law Firm of Merlino & Gonzalez, they can count on a continuing relationship. For Ken, being an industry expert isn’t enough—he strives to make real, human connections with his clients.
