Kimberly D. Pinder

Kimberly is a Florida native from Gainesville, and she opened the Temple Terrace Law Group in 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, and her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Tampa campus) in August 2018. Her passion for law started very early on when her cousin became an Attorney, it inspired her to become one as well to advocate and help others in her community. She has previously worked at Farrar Law Firm and Meditation Group in Pensacola, and clerked at the Lansky Law Group in Brandon.
During Kimberly’s time in law school, she was the Valedictory Speaker for the Levi Woodbury class, Chief Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Janet Reno Chapter, and is currently an Alumni member of Phi Alpha Delta. She participated in the Florida Women’s Lawyers Association from 2016 to 2018, was the Treasurer for the Hispanic Organization of Legal Advocates for one year, and acted as a Student Bar Association Swayne Class Senator.
In St. Petersburg, Kimberly is involved in various projects. On the weekends she spends time as a Docent at Gulf Beaches Historical Museum or volunteering. She is a mentor in with “I Support Youth Group” because she has compassion and understanding for the youth. She likes to empower others and encourage others to seek their passions and dreams in life. Kimberly is additionally a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Young Lawyers division of the Florida Bar.
In Kimberly’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and relaxing at one of the beautiful beaches in the Tampa Bay area. She visits her family in Gainesville at least once a month to see her Grandmother, parents, brothers, and nephew. Her hobbies include, painting, ceramics, crocheting, meditating, playing softball, basketball, and reading. Her favorite color is lime green because she likes to be surrounded by nature.
