Kyle L. Epting was born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Chapin, South Carolina. After graduating from Chapin High School in 2003, Kyle attended the University of Florida where he studied psychology, sociology, and business. While at the University of Florida, Kyle was an active member on the Executive Counsel of Tau Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, a Cabinet Director in Student Government, an experiment author and lab assistant in the Social Psychology Laboratory, and a member of Florida Blue Key Honor Fraternity.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Kyle earned a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law in 2010. While at GMUSL, Kyle served as an Associate Editor on the George Mason Law Review. Kyle also served as a competitor on the Trial Advocacy Team in various competitions, including the Stanford Invitational and the Regional Competition. During law school, Kyle also worked as an intern for Judge Rossie Alston on the Court of Appeals of Virginia where he drafted bench memoranda and opinions relating to criminal appeals from lower courts throughout the commonwealth.

After graduating, Kyle was a fellow for the National Federation of Independent Business where he worked on various federal appellate business related cases. Kyle then worked with Arlington Law Group from 2010 to 2012, handling various business, employment and litigation related issues for the firm’s clients. In 2012, Kyle took a leave of absence to gain litigation experience with the employment law group at Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott, LLC. After seeing multiple employment and contract litigation cases through to positive resolution, Kyle returned to Arlington Law Group in 2013 to continue building the firm’s business and employment litigation practice.
