Lauren LoMonaco
Lauren's practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning and representing small businesses. Lauren has a diverse real estate practice and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell personal residences, investment properties, and commercial properties. She understands how complex and time consuming buying and selling real property is and she assists clients in every aspect of the process. Lauren prides herself on her attention to detail, responsiveness, and knowledge of the ever changing real estate market. She maintains relationships with the area’s top realtors, builders, home inspectors, lenders, surveyors and title companies so that she can better serve her clients. In addition to real estate transactions, Lauren has drafted estate plans of all types and sizes. She offers flat fees for most wills, trusts, and powers of attorney and can help design an estate plan that maximizes tax savings and reduces time and expense. Lauren represents several small businesses in the Chicagoland area and can assist in formation, draft and negotiate contracts, counsel on employment issues, and structure succession plans. She is passionate about helping small business owners grow and succeed.

Residential Real Estate Closings $500 Trust Packages starting at $2000 for individuals and $2800 for couples. Incorporations starting at $1000 + filing fees All other matters are billed at $250.00 an hour
