In 1991, Mario and his wife founded Del Prado Law, where they effectively represent clients in the San Antonio area. Mario is currently a Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mario has been recognized by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as Board Certified in Criminal Trial. Mario has been named as a “Texas Super Lawyer” for many years. Mario is a the former Chief of the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office Criminal Trial Division as well as the Major Crimes Division.
