Mark D. Bogard is a partner with the Arizona law firm Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., where his practice focuses on construction related matters and disputes, with an emphasis on construction payment rights and remedies including private and public payment bonds, mechanics'/materialmen's liens, stop notices, prompt pay law, and 'no-pay' claims before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Mr. Bogard regularly appears before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Arizona Superior Court, with civil trial court experience that includes jury and bench trials. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Maricopa County Superior Court. For the past eight years, he has authored and taught the course "Payment Rights & Remedies Relevant to the Arizona Construction Industry." Mr. Bogard is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Construction Law and Administrative Law sections) and the Maricopa County Bar Association. He earned his dual-major Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he also earned distinction by winning a "moot court" national championship.
Frequently represents suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, owner-developers, and lenders in regard to enforcing and defending materialmen's/ mechanics' lien claims and the priority of such items in relation to other lien positions.

- Practices construction disputes, lien law, payment bond law, collection matters, and declaratory judgment litigation/ Regularly appears before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors on allegations of construction defect in materials, their application, and other ROC administrative matters as well as appearing at Office of Administrative Hearings/ Trial court experience includes jury and bench trials as well as representing clients in construction matters which fall within the dual jurisdictions of the Registrar's office and trial courts.
